- The teams have restricted remote access to the client’s software programs and tools, allowing them to perform the necessary work securely. Client networks are physically isolated and have specific firewalls for added protection.

- Employees are restricted from installation/uninstallation of the software. A clear screen policy restricts access to non-work-related platforms.
- Communication and collaboration with clients from HIPAA-compliant Google workspace & Google Drive with controlled access to store data with user trails.
- No access to printers/scanners or mobile phones in the work area.
- Dual layer biometric access control and/or 2-factor authentication policies are in place to make our systems hack-proof.
- A 24×7 security support avoids any unauthorized access.
Physical Security
- All confidential data is confined to PCs on which our staff work, with encryption level/certification of our servers.
- We have high-security firewalls that keep data from getting out, and even in cases where a client requests us to work on their server, we work remotely through the client’s PC to prevent the risk of data theft.
Training on HIPAA
- The process people we employ are a team of highly skilled professionals who are up to date on the latest HIPAA compliance rules.
- We also provide HIPAA training through our training materials when a person joins in. In addition, in case of a change in compliance policies and procedures, we provide further training.
- Regular audits of HIPAA compliance training are conducted to address if any violation of compliance is observed.
Employee background check & confidentiality agreements
- Before hiring, we conduct extensive background checks on the history of people selected for the job role.
- Once selected, the employee has system access only with closely monitored login IDs and passwords.
- In addition, all our staff members are required to sign confidentiality agreements.
