TMHP IAMOnline Transition: New Login and MFA Process for Texas Medicaid Providers
Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership will introduce TMHP IAMOnline as the new login gateway for selected TMHP applications beginning June 12, 2026. The platform will provide a secure, single access point for supported TMHP tools by managing user authentication and authorization in one place.
Please note: This change will only apply to applications that have already moved to TMHP IAMOnline. Providers will continue using the current login process for any TMHP applications that have not yet been integrated.
TMHP IAMOnline Activation
Providers will receive an activation email from TMHP IAMOnline on June 08, 2026. After receiving the email, they must activate their account within seven days by:
- Following the instructions in the activation email
- Logging in to TMHP IAMOnline
- Creating a new password
- Registering multi-factor authentication
Once setup is complete, providers can access transitioned applications through the TMHP IAMOnline My Apps dashboard.
Please note: Providers using an existing user ID for applications that are not yet integrated should use the new password created during TMHP IAMOnline activation.
Multi-Factor Authentication Requirement
TMHP IAMOnline will require multi-factor authentication for Texas Medicaid providers. Email-based MFA will be enabled automatically during account activation. Providers may also add Okta Verify or Google Authenticator as extra authentication options.
To use Okta Verify or Google Authenticator, providers must download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and complete setup using either a QR code or sign-in URL.
TMHP Applications Moving to IAMOnline
Starting June 12, 2026, the following portal applications will transition to TMHP IAMOnline:
- MedLog
- Provider Enrollment and Management System
- Manage IMD Clients
- Electronic Remittance Advice
- PA on the Portal
TMHP will announce future transition dates as more portal applications are added to IAMOnline.
Important: Providers who already use Texas Health & Human Services (HHS) IAMOnline for the State of Texas Electronic Provider System must still activate a separate TMHP IAMOnline account to access TMHP applications.
